Ahoy to our virtual Blackbeard family. If you have found this message, please send prayers to our beloved Blackbeard Pools team. The waters have been treacherous as we continue building a team during this period of "great resignation" in all career fields. During a season when we needed a strong crew to hold strong, there were few that their faith and stood firm in the eye of the storm. I believe that there is light at the horizon and we shall see land soon. We still have some distance before we reach treasure island, but this Captain will run towards any storm with the faith of a mustard seed.
When we began changing our prices, there were some pools that could not withstand the quick directional shift. They made their decisions and they walked the plank. We have ramped up our skills to provide a greater service our members. Thank you to all of our Blackbeard Pools Members for sailing with us and continuing to choose us for your swimming pool service needs.
We brought back new, exclusive Blackbeard shirts from our voyage of the seven seas, and they are now posted in our shop. With these products, we are happy to introduce a new division to Blackbeard Pools LLC: a swimming pool service apparel company. Blackbeard Pools Apparel Printing and Brandvertising was created 12-21-21 with a goal to generate an extra 4-13% in revenue. This will help us bring more savings to our Blackbeard Pool Service Members. We have received great reviews on the comfort of our shirts and creative designs.
Before we return to the sea, we continue to stay positive through this season. We praise Jesus for being a lighthouse during a time of a sailor's voyage. We pray for all of our readers and family members. Thank you Lord. Please give us your strength when we need it the most. In Jesus name, Amen.
